Shipping Policy for MENBRIG

At MENBRIG, we are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience. We work with varied suppliers and distribution centers globally to bring you high-quality products at the best prices.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: After your payment is verified, it takes [1 to 3] business days to process and pack your order for shipment.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Peak Volumes: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Because we ship directly from our partners' facilities, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the item ordered.

Note: These are estimates. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Split Shipments (Why did I only receive part of my order?)

Because we source items from multiple specialized warehouses, if you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately.

  • Do not worry if you receive one package before the other.

  • You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

  • The rest of your order is on its way!

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will generally be active within 24-48 hours.

  • You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MENBRIG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders to the United States and Puerto Rico, no additional duties are typically charged on standard shipments.

6. Damages and Issues

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Help@menbrig.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will resend it to you at no cost. (Note: MENBRIG is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported stolen).

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order.

  • If you realize you made an error, contact us within 12 hours at Help@menbrig.com

  • We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed by our warehouse.
